The rooms are large, clean and freshly decorated and The kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated this winter.  The large covered terrace is perfect for relaxing and dining while admiring the views.  The Views are of the bay of Pollensa, The peninsular of Victoria in the distance and the Tramuntana mountains that provide the wonderful back drop to Puerto Pollensa.  It really is a treat and not only can you admire them from the terrace you can walk through them and experience the natural untouched side of Mallorca.

The accommodation is well furnished with cotton linen and a fully equipped Kitchen. TV, DVD and video. The community gardens and swimming pool are well kept and the apartment is not overlooked by any other buildings, which ensures your privacy and open views. The area of Gotmar in Puerto Pollensa is popular with locals and holiday makers alike, being both quiet, close to the beach and an enjoyable stroll to Pto Pollensa town centre.

Only a short walk away from the apartment and you have a variety of entertainment as many restaurants provide live music throughout the summer months. You pass The Pollensa Park Hotel as you walk to the beach and here there are a host of activities. The Hotel has excellent shows most evenings including flamenco.  Once you have enjoyed your stroll into Puerto Pollensa along the promenade you will find a wealth of Restaurants, Hotels and Bars, many with live music for you to enjoy. Jazz, Blues, Rock and Roll, and even classical guitar.
