The rooms are large, clean and freshly decorated and the kitchen and bathroom have been completely renovated. The large covered balcony is perfect for relaxing while admiring the views of the bay of Pollensa, the peninsular of Victoria in the distance and the Tramuntana mountains that provide the wonderful backdrop to Puerto Pollensa. Walkers have easy access to the many and varied walks through the mountains, experiencing the natural, untouched side of Mallorca.
The accommodation is well furnished with cotton linen and a fully equipped kitchen. TV, DVD and video. The communal gardens and swimming pool are well kept and the apartment is not overlooked by any other buildings, ensuring your privacy and open views. The area of Gotmar in Puerto Pollensa is popular with locals and holiday makers alike, being both quiet, close to the beach and an enjoyable stroll to the town and marina.
The area has a variety of entertainment within walking distance of the apartment, many restaurants provide live music through the summer months. The Pollensa Park Hotel is on the walk to the beach and there are a host of activities held at the Hotel. Once you have enjoyed your stroll along the promenade to the Port you will find a wealth of restaurants, hotels and bars, many with live music for you to enjoy.
